This mushroom grow system combines an insulated enclosure, crop racks, air distribution, humidification, sensing and remote controls. It is designed for fruiting ready growing bags under a crop-specific operating recipe.

Matsutake requires a crop-specific protocol, carefully managed temperature and moisture, and a longer validation cycle before commercial scheduling.

100 mm polyurethane insulated panels with a washable metal surface and insulated base assembly.
Inverter climate unit
Integrated cooling and heating capacity selected for local ambient conditions and crop load.
Low-velocity textile air duct
Fabric air distribution designed to reduce direct drafts and balance supply air across rack levels.
Retractable overhead misting system
Motorized lift, water lines, solenoid valves and fan-pattern nozzles controlled by the room system.
Environmental sensor package
Temperature, relative humidity and CO2 sensing, with optional substrate moisture and pH probes.
KSZK-01 environment controller
Local screen, control software, remote access module and camera monitoring for alarms and review.
Control is a loop, not a list of machines.
The room measures actual crop conditions, compares them with the active recipe, adjusts equipment and confirms the response.

CO2 and airflow
A rated fresh-air path and 3,600 m³/h supply-air design distribute oxygen while avoiding harsh air velocity at the bags. Final airflow balance is commissioned with loaded racks.
Humidity
Retractable spray humidification supports a 60-95% RH operating range without making every surface permanently wet.
Sensors
Temperature, RH and CO2 readings feed the controller, alarms and remote production review.
Sanitation
Washable surfaces, drainage and an optional ozone cycle support between-batch hygiene.
Future interfaces
Lighting, water treatment, extra probes, energy metering and data export can be added to the specification after crop validation.
Maintenance follows the crop calendar.

Inspect intake filters, clean nozzle strainers, confirm spray coverage, check fabric ducts and verify that loaded rack levels receive balanced airflow.
Between batchesWash, dry and reset+
Remove crop waste, clean racks and surfaces, flush water lines and document faults. Any ozone sanitation cycle must run in an unoccupied locked room, followed by verified ventilation before entry.
Planned serviceCalibrate and inspect+
Calibrate sensors, inspect electrical terminals, service the climate unit, review alarms and update preventive-maintenance records before seasonal load changes.
