What information should I include in my first inquiry?
Include the country and project location, target crop, available land or building area, preferred start date, expected output and budget range. Photos, plans and utility information help us assess feasibility more quickly.
How early should planning begin?
Begin before equipment is ordered or the building layout is fixed. Early planning allows crop workflow, utilities, room zoning and future expansion to be coordinated.
Can you assess an existing building?
Yes. We review dimensions, structure, insulation, drainage, power, water, access and environmental conditions to identify adaptation needs.
Can a project start with one growing chamber?
Yes. A phased project can begin with one chamber, provided preparation, utilities and product handling are planned for the intended scale.
What is the typical project process?
The process normally moves from initial brief and feasibility review to concept planning, technical scope, procurement coordination, installation, commissioning and training. Final stages depend on the selected service scope.
Do you work with projects outside China?
International projects can be assessed. Import requirements, local codes, climate, transport and on-site installation conditions are reviewed during planning.

Which mushroom crops can you support?
Current work focuses on commercial shiitake, oyster mushroom, matsutake-related cultivation planning, black truffle projects and other fungi systems evaluated case by case. Crop suitability depends on local climate, substrate and market.
How do I choose the right crop?
Selection should consider market demand, substrate access, climate, labour skills, production cycle, contamination risk and sales channel. A technically possible crop is not always the best commercial choice.
Can several crops share one facility?
Some support areas can be shared, but fruiting rooms should be evaluated by crop because temperature, humidity, fresh air and hygiene requirements differ. Scheduling and cross-contamination controls are essential.
What production data is needed for capacity planning?
Provide target annual output, crop cycle, block weight, yield assumption, room turnover, shelving density, expected loss and operating days. These inputs are used to estimate room and equipment capacity.
Can you guarantee crop yield?
No responsible supplier can guarantee yield without controlling spawn, substrate, facility operation and staff practice. We provide planning parameters and operating guidance, then performance must be validated under local conditions.

How much space does one growing chamber require?
A standard growing chamber in the current modular planning model uses about 160 square metres of cultivation area. Additional space is required for preparation, utilities, circulation, cold storage and dispatch.
What utilities are normally required?
Projects commonly require stable electricity, clean water, drainage, ventilation, cooling or heating, humidification and communications for monitoring. Exact loads depend on climate, crop and chamber count.
Can equipment be adapted to local climate?
Yes. Cooling, heating, insulation, dehumidification and fresh-air capacity should be calculated from local summer and winter design conditions.
Do you provide automated environmental control?
The equipment scope can include sensors and automatic control for temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, fresh air, circulation and alarms. Final functions depend on the project specification.
Is backup power necessary?
Backup power is strongly recommended where outages could stop ventilation, cooling, heating, humidification or monitoring. The required backup duration should be based on local grid reliability and crop sensitivity.

Do you supply spawn?
Spawn supply depends on crop, destination, import rules and project scope. We can also help define quality criteria and receiving checks for locally sourced spawn.
How should spawn quality be evaluated?
Evaluate strain identity, purity, growth uniformity, colonisation age, moisture, smell, contamination signs, packaging integrity and storage history. Production testing is recommended before full-scale use.
Can local agricultural materials be used for substrate?
Often yes, but formulas must be tested for particle size, moisture, nutrition, availability, seasonal variation and contamination risk. Local material analysis should precede commercial production.
How do you reduce contamination risk?
Use clear clean and dirty zoning, controlled material flow, validated sterilisation or pasteurisation, staff hygiene, environmental monitoring and batch records. Facility design and daily discipline must work together.
What records should a farm keep?
Record raw-material batches, formulas, processing conditions, inoculation dates, spawn lots, room settings, contamination, yield, labour and sales. Consistent records make troubleshooting and improvement possible.

Do you provide a complete turnkey project?
Service scope can range from assessment and planning to equipment coordination, installation guidance, commissioning and training. The exact responsibilities must be defined in the proposal and contract.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on design approval, building work, equipment manufacture, shipping, customs, installation and crop preparation. A schedule is prepared after the location and technical scope are confirmed.
What training is available?
Training can cover room operation, environmental control, hygiene, batch records, crop observation, harvest handling and basic troubleshooting. Content is matched to the equipment and crop plan.
What happens after commissioning?
Follow-up can include remote review of operating data, production observations, parameter adjustment and troubleshooting. The support period and response method are defined for each project.
